best flash game I've seen

without a doubt one of the best games on Newgrounds. Extremely fun and addictive and do explosions ever get tiring? No, no they don't. Great, great game.

just too hard

I like the upgraded ideas, but you made it just too hard to really hold my attention. The first one was pretty hard, but not like this. Suggestions I would make is either make it easier to spread, and infect countries, or give more points(a lot more) because trying to infect or spread when you have a one in a billion chance of infecting another country is just ....yeah. I do like the new options, with directly spreading to another country, and trying to infect water and airport, but it's too hard. Also, I liked the way you upgraded the virus in the first one, with the list of virus characteristics.
